I found this out by Myself! here are the steps : (a little bit of lag will be left) 1.Press PS Button (make sure your in the game!) 2.Choose 'Other Settings" 3.Change Screen Mode To Full screen 4.turn smoothing off! 5.lag is reduced! (some is still left)

Posted January 13, 2010. I personally have never experienced any framerate issues whatsoever with any of the stories games on PSP. 333Mhz or not. As Canoxa said it could be due to the processor speed being compromised by a newer firmware. I can't think of anything which could otherwise cause such a slowdown.
