Hello Rachel 25, My advice is contact Land Rover assist and trading standards, balance shaft problems are a KNOWN fault, new engines do not seem to solve the problem either, if you have the car on finance contact them and tell them the car is Not fit for purpose and you wish to reject it! could they advise as you are not prepared to pay for a sub standard vehicle. The issue with the SD card not being readable is likely an issue with your computer as the sat nav system can obviously read it. Check the card is clean, the correct way around etc. Finally, with the map updated software, the "update" option checks for any new files for your current maps.

My Land Rover Discovery Sport (2017) tailgate will not automatically open or close using the fob or the the inner of outer buttons, all I get is 3 beeps from inside the car. I have checked what I have read on the forum so far and have attached photos). I don't hear any gears trying to move etc? We have also had really cold weather lately!
